当我们想到NFT的时候，我们想到什么？是无聊猿？还是Crypto Punk？实际上，纵然NFT目前的趋势为“艺术化”，但它的作用，可不是这么局限的。
NFT（Non-Fungile Token）为“非同质化代币”，是一种在区块链上的数据单位，每一个代币代表了独一无二的数码资料，是一种虚拟商品的电子所有权认证。目前，NFT以艺术品的形式走入大众视野中，因此在中国，NFT更是直接被译为“数字藏品”，似乎，市场上已经默认了NFT与艺术收藏品的绑定关系。
但是，NFT的作用可不仅为让艺术品数字化。NFT金融化，被誉为是下一个NFT的趋势。
NFT金融化？预计，NFT在金融方面可以为保险、债券和现实资产的代币化做出贡献。目前，已经有好几种不同的应用尝试以NFT的方式实现DeFi（去中心化金融）。例如Solv Protocol将投资合约以NFT的形式推出，提高了项目的透明度和转移自由度；Uniswap v3以NFT发行流动性代币（liquidity provision tokens）等。
这个概念也让贷款拥有更多可能性——不仅可能允许NFT持有人在贷款期间绑定一个固定利率不受央行调息的影响，也可能让这类的代币化贷款在NFT上出售，实现交换贷款和利率，将固定利率转化为浮动利率。
此类NFT符合ERC-721和ERC-3525代币规范的代币化金融产品。后者为一种与前者（ERC-721是以太坊针对NFT数字资产的一个标准）完全兼容的半同质代币标准。在 DeFi 协议中使用时，它们可以实现 ERC-20 代币（一种较为早期的代币规格协议，功能常有局限）通常无法实现的复杂功能。
但是，若NFT要真正成为DeFi的助力，便需要正视并改进现阶段的问题：目前，NFT并没有借用或赚取回报的基础设施。同时，国家机关的阻力也不容小觑。今年4月，为防范金融风险、保护消费者合法权益等，中国互联网金融协会、中国银行业协会、中国证券业协会发布防范NFT相关金融风险的倡议，表示将坚决遏制NFT金融化证券化倾向。
